This Refund Policy applies to purchases of sallyEmail subscriptions from Salemail ("Salemail", "we", "us"). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles customer service inquiries related to billing and processes refunds on our behalf.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with sallyEmail, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date and we will refund the amount you paid.

A 7-day free trial precedes your first charge. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time during the trial to avoid any charge.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address associated with your purchase, or contact our support team at support@sallyemail.com and we will help you.

Subscription renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. If you cancel your subscription, access continues until the end of the current paid period and you will not be charged again. Refunds for renewal charges are considered on a case-by-case basis; please contact us if you were charged for a renewal you no longer wanted.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refunded amount typically appears within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we're usually able to resolve issues quickly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
